It is an ideal recipe for breakfast and also a good tea time snack.
These kachoris are famous breakfast in Uttar Pradesh (Northern state of India) and always served with spicy aloo sabji. In other areas, it is served with yogurt, coriander chutney and tamarind chutney and garnished with chopped onion. These accompaniments gives a balance flavor of spiciness, sweetness and tanginess to this kachori. It can also be enjoyed plain or with tomato sauce.
Kachoris stuffed with dal have a longer shelf life as compared to other kachoris. You can easily stored these kachories for 2-3 days in an airtight jar.
